When people talk about modern architecture you tend to think clean lines, curves, steel and glass. You do not tend to think meat. Hold on to your set square.

Cutting edge, and award-winning architect, Mitchell Joachim does though. Based at Brooklyn’s non-profit Terreform ONE practice, Joachim and his team are experimenting with ways to grow homes from a petri dish.

Lamborghini In The Living Room Anyone?

How’s this for a design brief: “I want a 9 car garage and be able to enjoy viewing one of them in the living room.”

What do you get? You get a Lamborghini in the living room is what you get.

There are car enthusiasts drooling right now at the idea that they could share valuable living space with their prized muscle car without having to bunk out in the garage. Even better, this is not a concept.
