Lamborghini In The Living Room Anyone?

How’s this for a design brief: “I want a 9 car garage and be able to enjoy viewing one of them in the living room.”

What do you get? You get a Lamborghini in the living room is what you get.

There are car enthusiasts drooling right now at the idea that they could share valuable living space with their prized muscle car without having to bunk out in the garage. Even better, this is not a concept.

Frank Gehry’s Ground Zero Arts Center Set To Go – Eventually

‘Starchitect’ Frank Gehry’s, Ground Zero Arts Center has been given the green light after months of wrangling between politicians and New York officials.

The stunning looking 1000-seat performing arts theater, will be housed on the originally planned site and the city is expected to release the $50 million needed to get the site’s foundations underway.

The project will cost around $500 million in total but, as we all know, expect that ‘guesstimate’ to rise as the project gets underway.
